“ Came here on President's Day morning and only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table of 4. Service was great when we first sat down - drinks served immediately, orders were taken as soon as we were ready, etc. However, when we got our food, our server kind of disappeared and was hard to track down for more water and another soda. Food was typical for an American breakfast restaurant. I will say the portion sizes were HUGE! I'm not used to 3 eggs for an eggs Benedict, but size did not take away from flavor and I was definitely full after. My friend got the Crab Benedict and mentioned that she liked that they used real crab. There's a full bar inside, but I never saw a drink menu. This place is a bit small and looks like it can get busy, so I would be prepared to wait or try to call ahead for an accurate wait time. But definitely give this local business a try! ”
“ Found this place leaving the spa business a few doors down. It was raining, but a small crowd outside waiting for tables. I went inside and sat at the bar. Lovely bartender helped me decide a meal. Menu slightly extensive so hard to decide. I ordered the seafood cobb salad. It came topped with lump crab, grilled prawns, bleu cheese crumbles, avocado, onions, eggs.. fantastic for $23! I topped it off with a Cadillac margarita, an espresso martini shot from others, and a shot from the bartender, cheering on new year 2025! And.. caught the NFL game on the bars TV. This spot is a vibe and I'll be back for other food options. ”
“ It's a place where locals enjoy since it's close to businesses & residences ... we liked it. Nothing fancy but regular breakfast place with nice variety of choices for breakfast or lunch. We ordered- Hash Benedict - Homemade corn beef hash and sautéed mushrooms. From Eggs Benedicts choices which comes with three farm eggs poached to order, English muffin and Heavenly hollandaise. Served with country potatoes. This was quite filling nice portion size. Chicken Apple Sausage from the classic breakfast eggs which comes with three farm eggs any style, country potatoes and your choice of sourdough, wheat or rye toast. I was little disappointed with my dish, I asked for scrambled eggs it didn't look like it & the portion size of egg didn't feel like it was made of 3 eggs... But the chicken apple sausage was very good it had the kick of jalapeño which I enjoyed it very much. My husband very happily shared his 1 poached egg with me seeing my egg portion. Everything else was very good. Service was nice & quick. Parking could be little challenging since it's shared with other businesses. ”
“ The ambience of the place was so laid back, cozy and comforting. Perfect for a Sunday morning breakfast. The scrambled eggs and the Benedict's were en pointe. The accompanying chicken apple sausage and country potatoes were huge in portions, tasty and made very well !! Service was courteous and friendly. We will be back soon ”
“ Super friendly service, very attentive. Filled my coffee immediately when it was empty. My first cup of coffee must have been freshly made because it was super good. The second was a bit burnt from the hot plate, but no big deal. We split the corned beef hash Benedict. It had a great texture, definitely homemade. Well crisped. They even split the plate for us and added an extra egg so we both had 2 (instead of the 3 it usually comes with). They charge $2 for the split plate. I think you get a bit of extra potatoes too. Potatoes also were HOT, well seasoned, good texture (soft in the inside, crispy on the outside). We also got the chicken apple cheese jalapeño sausage which was good. I thought it was a nice level of spice, it was a bit too spicy for my friend though who considers herself kind of a wimp when it comes to spicy. They're really quick too. At first I was worried because it wasn't packed around 9:30 on a Saturday, but I think that was the reason. It was a bit pricey. Came to $50 with tax and 20% tip which was with splitting. The benedict was $22 + $2 for split plate, sausage was $7, and each drink was $3.50. Cute place inside. Nice and cozy, a bit rustic, with a bar area that looks a bit fancy. ”
“ Some of the best breakfast in the area. We got the classic breakfast eggs. Loco moco was tasty, minced ham and eggs delicious and comes with bread. The pancakes were delicious and amazing ”
“ My husband took me out to breakfast. It was lovely. We were able to seat ourselves and I tend to prefer booth type style seats which they happened to have available. The server took our order and the food was prepared quickly. I had the waffle combo. There was syrup on the table and the butter that came with my food was the perfect balance of salty with the sweetness of the syrup. I asked for scrambled eggs, which were cooked but still soft, and extra crispy bacon which they took seriously. Perfection. I even almost started crying when I ate the first piece. I had water but also got some green tea because I enjoy warm drinks during this time of year. They brought me a cute little pot which they had a steeper with tea leaves inside it. My husband ordered the reuben. It came with coleslaw and fries. He wasn't what you would call very impressed, but when it comes to reubens, it's almost impossible for it to be up to his standards. Still, great job to the people who work there and make everything run smoothly, and nice artwork on the walls. Unfortunately, I forgot to snap a few photos of said walls. ”
“ My friend and I both got different eggs benedicts which came with not 2 but 3 eggs! However only 1 of my 3 eggs had runny yolks. The potatos were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The service was great. We got seated and got our orders taken right away. We didn't have to wait long for our order. The owner and waitress was very personable. Great decor and clean bathrooms. ”
“ We went for a nice brunch/lunch and this place is usually packed I hear. It was busy, with very few empty tables but you didn't feel too crowded. It was busy, but waitress was great! I ordered a Bailey Irish Cream coffee bc it looked so good in the pictures on Yelp! I asked for it to be light, but it seemed very strong! I couldn't even finish it, and I was trying to for 12.00- lol! Maybe bc I don't drink it was too strong for me and gave me a headache the first 3 sips. I won't rate this bc I'm not sure if it was me or the drink?! The menu offered so many tasty choices that I know I will have to come back to try it! I want eggs Benedict next time- there are a variety of Eggs Benedict! I had chicken Marsala for my lunch. Not your typical chicken Marsala - it had to me a taste of soy sauce in there and in stirfry vegetables which both were good, but I tasted soy sauce and Marsala? So it was a bit on the saltier side, but still good at 3.8(( out of 5 stars or 7.5 out if 10 to give you a better idea. Vegetables were crisp tender which I like. Mashed potatoes were smooth and like instant kind. My daughter had a cheeseburger with avocado. That was actually a good burger( she gave it an 8/10). I don't really like fries much, but this was crisp and tender inside, so pretty good. I would give this dish an 8/10 or a 4/5 stars. The little one had chicken tenders which was really crispy on the outside and tender inside. Little Miss Princess loved it and her fries! 4/5. The Crab Eggs Benedict is my other daughter's favorite dish there. And looked delicious. She rated it 7.5/10 (4 out of 5) today. She said usually it is even better! Note parking is hard to find bc of the many stores and restaurants and a large apartment complex next to the center. Note there are 15-20 min parking spots but we saw a tow truck there so just be aware they do come by there! Nice and lively place with solid good breakfasts and other foods. Great for a brunch with friends and family! Staff were all friendly. Overall I would say this place rated a 3.8-4 ( rounded to 4 stars). For a breakfast and brunch, I think this place is a good place to go! ”
“ Heavenly bistro is kind of a hole in the wall type of place nestled in a strip mall with some non-food shops like a nail place. I arrived around 930a on a Friday morning and there were around 15 people total inside, a lot of empty tables. It filled up a little more around 1015. However, parking was hard. Lots of groups of friends were dining there-- several groups of young men, and as I entered a group of young women left. Inside the restaurant is interesting. Pop music plays at a medium volume. It's clean but not sparkling clean. The tables are a little sticky. The chairs are a little worse for wear; one wood chair at my table was taped in several places with masking tape. They are storing their excess bread in the dining area, as well as cups, coffee, water, and silverware. It's well organized. The menu is large, and the average price per item is at least $17. I ordered a hot chocolate with almond milk for $4, so they didn't give me whipped cream and instead did a dusting of cinnamon which I thought was a nice little thing to do instead. It was creamy and milk-chocolatey. It arrived steaming hot. I also ordered the california omelette for $18 and asked them to replace the toast with fruit (since I have celiac disease and cannot eat gluten/bread/wheat). I also asked for the sour cream on the side. So far I have modified everything in my order and the waitress is UNFAZED and happy to help. I appreciated that a lot. The omelette took less than ten minutes to come out. The omelette was stuffed full of chicken, spinach, and cheese, with a salsa on top that has a mild kick. It had three slices of avocado. One thing to note is that though they list this as an egg-white-only omelette, it did appear to also have yolk. That doesn't really matter to me but it might matter to others. Everything was just SEASONED. Like everything had flavor. If you're sensitive to spice I'd let them know because there's a very subtle kick to everything. All the fruit they gave me was ripe. In terms of the potatoes, I'm not usually a potato person (controversial I know). But these potatoes were good. They're crispy and really well seasoned, garlicky and stuff. They have a large assortment of jams (orange marmalade, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry). They have a good assortment of hot sauces-- Tabasco, tapatio, and a local californian brand called the pepper plant. The prices are definitely justified in the portions. I was full after eating about half. When I went to pay I realized-- nightmare-- I forgot my entire wallet. I asked if they had Apple Pay and they did, thank goodness. They were gracious and really nice. Was not the best food in the world but the service was nice and the food came fast. Would come back! ”
